Kerri Panchuk brings an extensive background in commercial and civil litigation, previously serving for more than three years at a litigation firm where she represented businesses, individuals, and other professionals during every phase of litigation.

Kerri is an experienced writer and editor and has contributed numerous articles to local and national real estate and business publications, including the Dallas Business Journal and Bisnow, a commercial real estate publication focused on serving the needs of developers and CRE professionals nationwide.  She has extensive experience covering the residential and commercial-backed securities markets and structured finance products. Prior to joining Estes Thorn & Carr PLLC, Kerri served as an associate in the professional liability defense space, working with real estate agents, brokers, accountants, and other professionals.
