Practice Emphasis

Katherine focuses her practice on commercial litigation and dispute resolution. Katherine counsels clients at all stages of litigation, from pre-suit analysis and informal settlement negotiations to post-judgment collection and appellate matters. She practices before state and federal courts and arbitration panels and has experience with matters involving breach of contract and warranty, negligence, fraud and misrepresentation, breach of fiduciary duty, other business torts, products liability, construction disputes, and enforcement of security interests.
